Provoke Photos Policies
- Photography is strictly limited to PROVOKE PHOTOGRAPHY staff. No private photography or video of our photographers or clients is allowed. Please respect the work of our professionals.
- The complementary Provoke Photo Session is only once per stay per room. It is an 80–90 minute photo session. Additional photo session during your current stay may be arrange with an additional cost (cost varies depending on your requirements).
- The cost per photo (digital file) is $25 USD. We have different packages available based on the number of photos chosen. The required minimum purchase is 10-12 photos (varies according to the resort and season).
- The video and a photo session must be schedule in different days.
- Video Session requires previous reservation (minimum 3 days before the shooting).
- Video Session must be covered full payment ($1,899 USD) minimum 3 days before the shooting.
- Video edited is delivered 15 business dat after the shoting by email.
- Provoke has a very strict privacy policy. You own the rights of your material (photos and/or video). Provoke Photography deletes all pictures/video twenty (20) days after the purchase (including raw files).
- If you would like to share your material with Provoke, you must provide an authorized written consent to Provoke.
- Additional people are not allowed to join the photo/video session once it begins. Written consent is required for parties of two or more people, prior to the start of the session.
- The photo/video session will be terminated at the photographer’s discretion if any of the following occur:
- Verbal or physical attack – Disrespectful treatment – Integrity endangerment.
- Failure to comply with previous mentioned Provoke Photography policies.
- Gratuities should not be requested by our staff. They are at your discretion.
Photo Session Deposit:
- A $50 USD cash deposit is required to secure your session with one of our photographers. They come to the resort exclusively for your photo session, so this deposit will secure their time.
- This $50 USD cash deposit is applied to your final purchase.
- If you need to cancel, with a minimum of a three (3) hour notice, prior to the start time of your session, is required. To have your deposit reimbursed, you MUST cancel by emailing PROVOKE PHOTOGRAPHY at info@provokephotos.com OR by contacting one of our PROVOKE PHOTOGRAPHY Team Promotion directly.
- Cancellations are accepted only if they are done directly with the Provoke Team.
- Cancellations are only through our Provoke Photography personnel during our normal office hours (Mon-Sun, 10 am – 5 pm).
- $50 USD non-refundable deposit will be charge if cancellations are not made through the proper channels or/and timing.
Payment & Reimbursement:
- Our prices are set and cannot be negotiated. Haggling only makes the experience uncomfortable for all parties involved. Our photographers provide the best photo shoot experience to all of our clients.
- Accepted forms of payment are cash (USD or MX), credit card or debit card (American Express, Visa or Mastercard).
- If you are paying by credit or debit card, photos of your official ID (driver’s license or passport) and credit / debit card (covering the card numbers) is required.
- There is an additional 6% fee for payment by PayPal (PayPal Fee). Your photos are delivered by email in 48 hours following the photo session.
- All sales are final and non-refundable.
- There is no re-editing. All edited purchases are final sale. Additional charge for re-editing is $25 USD per photo and $500 USD per video.
- The Original Raw Files are not included on final sale. Raw files are not delivered to the client.
- Video Session payment is non-refundable. You can use as credit towards a Photo Session during your current stay or as credit for your video until your next visit (with a limit of eighteen (18) months after the payment date).
- If you receive a damaged book and/or canvas, proof of the damage (physical product, photos and/or video) is required and must be reported 24 hours after the date of purchase or the date of receipt your product in case of shipment.
- In the case of a misprint, reprints are provided on a complimentary basis. Reprints due to client negligence are not provided on a complimentary basis.
- All canvas are delivered rolled in a protective cardboard cylinder (at the resort and/or shipping).
Shipping:
- Tracking information will be available in 5-15 business days.
- Canvas and books are shipped in separate packages.
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification directly from the courier (DHL, FEDEX or UPS) which will include a tracking number that you can use to check on the status of the delivery.
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not permitted.
- Provoke is not responsible for shipment incidents. The respective courier is directly responsible. (Looking the best option for our clients, Provoke partners only with worldwide renowned branded couriers).
- Provoke is not responsible for the shipment tracking. Once the client has received the email with the tracking number, the client should contact the courier with questions or concerns.
- In case of canvas/book shipments, due to the nature of the material, customs (of each country) have the right to decide if it is pornography and retain the package. Provoke is not responsible and has no obligation for the reprinting or reshipping of the product.
- Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
FOR HAIR & MAKEUP SERVICES:
- The team will arrive directly at your room 10 minutes before the schedule to arrange the work area.
- Please have your face clean and free of makeup and your hair clean and dry.
- $200 USD for Makeup & Hair / $110 USD for Only Makeup or Only Hair. Payment for this service is in cash at the time the service ends.
- In the case of paying by credit card, there is an extra tax charge of 10%.
- If you need to cancel, with a minimum of a three (3) hour notice, prior to the start time of your session, is required.
