Provoke Photography Policies

  • Photography is strictly limited to PROVOKE PHOTOGRAPHY staff. No private photography or video of our photographers or clients is allowed.
  • The complimentary Provoke Photo Session is once per stay per room (80–90 minutes). Additional sessions may be arranged at an extra cost.
  • Cost per photo (digital file): $25 USD. Packages available. Minimum purchase 12–20 photos (depending on resort/season).
  • Photo and video sessions must be scheduled on different days.
  • Video session requires prior reservation (minimum 3 days before).
  • Full payment for video session ($1,899 USD) is required 3 days before shooting.
  • Edited video delivery: 15 business days by email.
  • Privacy policy: clients own rights to their material. Provoke deletes all files 20 days after purchase.
  • Sharing material with Provoke requires written consent.
  • No additional people may join sessions without prior written consent.
  • Sessions may be terminated at photographer’s discretion if policies are violated.
  • Gratuities are at the client’s discretion; staff may not request them.

Photo Session Deposit

  • A $50 USD cash deposit is required to secure your session (applied to final purchase).
  • Cancellations require at least 3 hours’ notice to receive reimbursement, via info@provokephotos.com or Provoke staff directly.
  • Cancellations accepted only through Provoke Photography personnel (Mon–Sun, 10 am – 5 pm).
  • Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is not made through the proper channels or timing.

Payment & Reimbursement

  • Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
  • Accepted payments: cash (USD/MX), credit/debit (Amex, Visa, Mastercard).
  • Credit/debit payments require ID and card photos (with numbers covered).
  • All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • No re-editing. Additional edits: $25 USD per photo / $500 USD per video.
  • Raw files are not included in any sale.
  • Video session payment is non-refundable (may be used as credit up to 18 months).
  • Damaged products: report within 24 hours with proof. Misprints are replaced free; client-caused issues are not.
  • Canvases are delivered rolled in protective cardboard cylinders.

Online Sales

  • Payments processed securely via PayPal.
  • Minimum online purchase: $100 USD.
  • Additional PayPal fee: 6%.
  • Verification takes 24 hours; delivery of HR files within 48 hours after.
  • Cost per photo online: $30 USD.
  • Privacy: all files deleted 30 days after watermark photos are sent for selection.
  • All edited purchases are final; re-editing fees apply.
  • Raw files are never delivered.

Shipping

  • Tracking info available in 5–15 business days.
  • Canvases and books ship separately.
  • Email notification with tracking number provided by courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
  • No shipping to P.O. Boxes.
  • Courier is responsible for shipment incidents; contact courier directly with tracking number.
  • Customs may retain shipments (e.g., due to content restrictions). Provoke is not responsible for reprints/reshipping.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Hair & Makeup Services

  • Team arrives at your room 10 minutes before scheduled time.
  • Clients must have face clean (no makeup) and hair clean/dry.
  • Cost: $200 USD Makeup & Hair / $110 USD for only one service.
  • Payment: cash upon completion. Credit card payments add 10% tax.
  • Cancellations require at least 3 hours’ notice, same channels as photo session deposit.
  • $50 USD non-refundable deposit applies for improper cancellations.
